Before the National Disability Insurance Scheme is available in your area, it’s a good idea to start preparing for your NDIS planning conversation. Plan My Future workshops help people develop their skills in advocacy, creative thinking, innovation and problem-solving to fully prepare them for their NDIS planning process. The practical workshops are led by people with expertise in these key areas
Our Support Coordination service works in partnership with you to make your NDIS plan real by connecting you to services so you can get on with living the way you choose. Our experienced team has a track record of supporting people with disability to achieve their NDIS goals. We make it our business to understand your situation to ensure you access the right services and specialists.
Specialist Support Coordination
If you require more intensive support to activate your NDIS plan and coordinate your services, our team of specialists are here for you. Our specialist staff work with you to:
- coordinate your supports from a range of mainstream and disability providers
- increase your capability to coordinate your services
- resolve issues during times of crisis, and
- build your ability to overcome challenges independently in the future.
Our staff can provide people with disability, their family and support network with the skills, guidance and confidence to create a calmer, safer environment for everyone.
We take the time to understand a person’s needs, get to know the important people providing support as well as observe to understand behaviour that challenges. From there, we provide practical recommendations that can be implemented by family, carers and staff to reduce harm and distress and improve quality of life and communication skills.

We help individuals and families build their own personal networks. Our staff work with you over weeks and/or months to help you develop your own Circle of Support by:

- Working with you and your Circle to plan goals
- Helping you and your Circle find creative solutions to issues.
